Stephanie graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Laws in 2021, and with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology in 2022. She was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 2022.

Stephanie previously worked as a deputy registrar in the criminal registry at the Christchurch High Court, before beginning her practice in civil litigation at a Christchurch-based law firm in 2023.

Stephanie joined the civil litigation team in 2026.
