Michelle graduated from AUT University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Laws and the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2012.  In 2015 she was admitted to the New Zealand Bar.  

Michelle joined our employment team in May 2024 with experience in restructures/redundancies, performance management, workplace dismissals, personal grievances and general employment relation issues.

Michelle previously worked as a general practitioner and property lawyer.
