The High Court rejected an application by a supporter of several students to be their ‘litigation guardian’ in this High Court decision.

Paul acted for the school who opposed the application in the context of a judicial review proceeding where school student sought to review a decision by the Principal to remove them from their school roll because they had been truant. 

The Court accepted that the applicant had a vendetta against the school, and he was not able to fairly represent their interests.
