TINY HOME? OR NOT A TINY HOME?

The popularity of tiny homes has resulted in a proliferation of MBIE determinations on whether the structures concerned are buildings and subject to the requirements of the Building Act 2004.  Using the subject matter of actual MBIE determinations and the factual scenarios they have been asked to provide opinions on, Frana Divich and Kent Perry from Heaney & Partners, will present an interactive quiz at the SBCO Forum to determine if you know your boats from your vehicles and your buildings from your yurts.
