COUNCIL WINS CASE BROUGHT AGAINST IT BECAUSE THE BUILDING COMPLIED WITH THE BUILDING CODE

Heaney & Partners successfully defended the council in respect of building defects alleged to exist. The Court reconfirmed that the Council's obligations, when it comes to inspecting, is to satisfy itself on reasonable grounds that the building work involved complies with the building code.
