Artem graduated from the University of Otago in December 2019, and was admitted in 2020. Artem joined our firm in 2021 having previously acted on contentious and non-contentious business and property matters in an Auckland firm. He regularly advised on residential and commercial property transactions and lending activities.
 
Artem was made a Senior Solicitor of the firm in 2023.  He defends clients involved in disciplinary investigations, property, and business disputes.  He also appears on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings and advises plaintiffs looking to issue civil proceedings.
 
Artem has experience acting for individuals and small businesses, real estate agencies, insurance companies, construction companies, and councils. He regularly appears in tribunals, and in the District Court and High Court.
